Wherever possible, TOATA items are carefully packaged in recyclable or recycled materials. We obtain proof of posting of all our deliveries. Please get in touch after 14 days if your order has not arrived and we will do our best to sort out the problem.

• UK orders are sent using either First class post through Royal Mail or a secure 48 hour courier.

• Items destined for the UK are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivery takes 1-2 working days, so please allow a minimum of 4 working days between ordering and arrival of your item.

• International orders are sent using international standard postage.

• Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• We aim for orders to Europe to be delivered within 7 working days.

• We aim for orders to USA & rest of the world to be delivered within 14 working days.

We want to you to feel confident about buying art from us and this is why we offer a 30-day returns policy.

You can return items bought from TOATA if we receive the returned item within 30 days of you receiving the item AND the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

• When we receive the returned item in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, we will immediately refund the full price of the item excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to me. Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used online.​
